Digital Graphics Studio

Students learn fundamentals for electronic graphic design using Adobe Illustrator and an introduction to Adobe Photoshop. Learn design elements as they create graphics using these programs and developing animated media in Digital Graphics II using Adobe Animate and After Effects.

Digital Photography

Learn the basics of digital photography and Photoshop. Students will learn how to use composition, design, light, color and depth of field to create and modify photographs. They will learn how to use Photoshop I a variety of ways to enhance their work.

Web Design

Learn the foundations of using Adobe Dreamweaver to developing websites, web pages, and import other digital media products such as, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Students will discover helpful tools to enhance the web creation experience, design their own electronic portfolios and create or redesign a website for a business or organization in the local community. The course will teach students how to design using HTML and cascading style sheets .

Programming/Game Design

An introduction to game programming through structured programming techniques and modular Design. Create a library of game modules to incorporate into your own game. Design game and business programs. Learn what it takes to have a career in programming.


Students in this class will produce the high school yearbook learning skills in: Photography, writing, graphics, advertising, layout and distribution. Students use digital equipment and learn all facets of the publishing business.
 Full year commitment is required.
